This impact assessment aimed to evaluate the services provided by eye hospitals across six states. Our team collected data from 200 eye patients and developed 30 detailed case studies to understand the hospital's impact on individual patients and communities. Our work involved on-ground data collection and comprehensive case study development.

This baseline evaluation focused on assessing menstrual health and hygiene practices among adolescent girls and women in four states. We collected data from 700 adolescent girls and 700 adult women, conducted 28 FGDs with community members, and carried out 20 IDIs with program teams, frontline workers, teachers, government authorities, and NGOs. Our team provided data collection, FGDs, IDIs, transcription, and analysis services to establish a foundation for further interventions in menstrual health and hygiene.

This project aimed to evaluate the Food, Nutrition, Health, and WASH (FNHW) interventions under the JEEVIKA initiative. We conducted 24 FGDs with key community stakeholders, including Community Nutrition Resource Persons (CNRP), Master Resource Persons (MRP), ASHAs, and Anganwadi Workers. Additionally, we completed four IDIs with local leaders such as Sarpanches. Our work included FGDs, IDIs, transcription, and data analysis, ensuring a thorough assessment of the program's reach and impact.

This evaluation focused on assessing the nutritional practices promoted through the Poshan Ki Potli Project. We conducted 18 FGDs with Community Resource Persons (CRP) and Self-Help Group (SHG) members. Our role involved facilitating FGDs, conducting IDIs, transcribing, and analyzing the data, contributing to a detailed understanding of the project's effectiveness.

In the second phase of the Poshan Ki Potli Project, we conducted 80 in-depth interviews with CNRPs, MRPs, and Community Mobilizers (CM). This evaluation helped measure the impact of the program on key nutrition and health stakeholders in rural Bihar. We provided services that included IDIs, FGDs, transcription, and detailed reporting to assess the project’s outcomes.
