In this project, we evaluated the Cisco Agri Challenge under the Prize Programme, focusing on startups and their agricultural innovations. The study involved household surveys with 400 participants and in-depth interviews (IDIs) with 16 startup staff members. We provided services including data collection, IDIs, data analysis, and the use of CAPI software to ensure efficient and accurate data processing.

This project aimed to analyze the value chain of Indian millets, focusing on various stakeholders such as farmers, mandi officials, KVKs, and agricultural departments. Our team developed custom tools for data collection, facilitated focus group discussions (FGDs), conducted 15 IDIs, and analyzed data from 250 farmers. The final report offered comprehensive insights into the millet value chain, helping to inform future policy and market interventions.

We conducted a scope study on organic vegetable farming in Maharashtra, gathering data from 200 farmers and conducting 10 FGDs and 18 IDIs with mandi officials, KVKs, and agricultural departments. Our services included developing data collection tools, conducting FGDs and IDIs, analyzing data, and delivering a detailed report on the organic vegetable value chain.

This project evaluated the impact of the D-SAG Project, a five-scheme survey across 14 districts in Gujarat. Our team collected data from 2,000 households and profiled 110 villages. The work involved extensive data collection and analysis, facilitated through CAPI software, providing valuable insights into agriculture and animal husbandry practices in the region.

This large-scale evaluation assessed 300 cooperative societies across multiple states. We developed specialized tools for data collection and conducted caselet development for 30 case studies. The Meethi Ganga project assessed cooperative beekeeping practices in Laldgang, Haridwar. We collected data from 120 households and employed CAPI software to ensure accurate and timely data capture.
